Mailstrom is an electronic mail client for the Macintosh. It is based on a more advanced client/server implementation of email, keeping your mail folders on a central server, instead of downloading all the mail to your Mac. This is valuable for sites where many users share the same machines, or where one user reads mail from multiple locations.
Mailstrom is still not recommended for day-to-day use, but the features are in place, and it is starting to shape up. This release expires July 15, 1997. A list of changes in this release are available here.
